We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve expanded our top-level executive structure to help us achieve our business expansion goals. Monika Snitke, who previously led the financial operations team, has now taken on the role of our Chief Operations Officer (COO). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Until October, these responsibilities were held by our Co-Founder, Justinas Lasevi\u010dius, who will now act as Chief Product Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking about the appointment, our CEO and Co-Founder, Daumantas Dvilinskas says: “Monika has been with the company since the beginning. Not only has she created financial operations processes but she’s also one of the key leaders shaping the company’s business processes, culture and team. We’re currently planning a rapid customer growth phase, so it’s crucial that we ensure service quality throughout the entire customer service cycle. Teams led by Monika have always stood out\u2014not only for their business achievements but also for creating highly favourable conditions for talent growth, leadership and a culture of collaboration.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Monika Snitk\u0117’s division, there will be teams responsible for customer service, financial operations and business process management. With this structural change, the company aims to systematically ensure world-class service for our clients. Monika Snitk\u0117, who studied Economics and Accounting at Cass Business School in the United Kingdom, became one of our first employees and has earned several professional awards in recent years. As a financial technology expert, she was included in the London City list of the most influential “fintech” women a few years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sharing her vision for the future, Monika Snitke says: “Eleven years ago, I joined TransferGo as the company\u2019s second employee in London. Together with Justin, we created and managed all operations\u2014from accounting to customer calls. We developed, refined and automated systems. At this stage of the company’s growth, I seek to consolidate operational departments across all countries, ensure service quality for customers and share best practices in business management and culture promotion. In my work, I want to create an environment where people can not only accomplish business tasks but also feel valued and motivated to grow together with the company.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our Co-Founder, Justinas Lasevi\u010dius will now act as our Chief Product Officer and will focus most of his attention on product development, seeking the latest technological solutions and integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
