Acesta care permite persoanelor cu v\u00e2rsta peste 57 de ani s\u0103 semneze un CDD pentru maximum 18 luni. Semnarea unui CDD <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s\u00e9nior <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd persoanele sunt f\u0103r\u0103 munc\u0103 \u0219i au nevoie s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i completeze vechimea pentru drepturile de pensie.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cerin\u021be-la-semnarea-unui-cdd\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cerin\u021be la semnarea unui CDD&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un contract CDD trebuie s\u0103 indice de ce este un CDD, datele de \u00eencepere \u0219i de \u00eencheiere \u0219i durata oric\u0103rei perioade de prob\u0103. Pentru ca un CDD s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi re\u00eennoit trebuie s\u0103 existe o clauz\u0103 \u00een contract \u00een acest sens. Totodat\u0103, poate exista situa\u021bia \u00een care o clauz\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 este ad\u0103ugat\u0103 ulterior.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Aten\u021bie!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Un CDD f\u0103r\u0103 o dat\u0103 de \u00eencheiere precis\u0103 nu poate fi re\u00eennoit.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"interim-contractul-de-munca-temporara\"><strong>Int\u00e9rim \u2013 Contractul de munc\u0103 temporar\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <strong>contract de munc\u0103 temporar\u0103<\/strong> (int\u00e9rim) este semnat \u00eentre angajat, o agen\u021bie de recrutare \u0219i o companie care are nevoie de for\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103 pentru o perioad\u0103 limitat\u0103. Acest tip de <strong>contracte de munc\u0103 \u00een Fran\u021ba<\/strong> este utilizat pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cenlocuirea unui angajat absent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cre\u0219terea activit\u0103\u021bii \u00eentr-o companie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pozi\u021bii care necesit\u0103 munc\u0103 flexibil\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 angajament pe termen lung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"drepturile-angajatului-in-fran\u021ba-pentru-fiecare-tip-de-contract\"><strong>Drepturile angajatului \u00een Fran\u021ba pentru fiecare tip de contract<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Indiferent de tipul de contract de munc\u0103, legisla\u021bia muncii din Fran\u021ba ofer\u0103 protec\u021bie tuturor angaja\u021bilor. \u00cencep\u00e2nd cu 2025, s-au introdus modific\u0103ri legislative importante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Durata maxim\u0103 a unui contract de munc\u0103 CDD a fost redus\u0103 de la 24 de luni la 18 luni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angajatorii care folosesc CDD pentru mai mult de 12 luni consecutiv sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 ofere un contract de munc\u0103 permanent dac\u0103 postul r\u0103m\u00e2ne necesar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salariul minim pe economie \u00een Fran\u021ba a fost majorat la <strong>11,88 euro brut pe or\u0103<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un contract de munc\u0103 \u00een Fran\u021ba garanteaz\u0103, de asemenea, respectarea orelor de munc\u0103.
