Ancak sat\u0131n alma hakk\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131 her \u00fclkede ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir; baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde yabanc\u0131lara y\u00f6nelik s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar, izin s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, ek vergi y\u00fckleri veya bildirim y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri bulunabilir.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gayrimenkul fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda bu hakk\u0131n ne kadar de\u011ferli oldu\u011funu anl\u0131yorsunuz. \u0130stanbul ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehir ve pop\u00fcler il\u00e7elerde ev ve daire fiyatlar\u0131 yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki pek \u00e7ok \u015fehirle yar\u0131\u015f\u0131r durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal b\u00f6yle olunca gelecekte yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ya\u015fama plan\u0131 olanlar, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na yerle\u015fmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler ya da d\u00f6vizle kira getirisi hayali kuranlar i\u00e7in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gayrimenkul almak son derece cazip bir fikir gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. \u00dcstelik baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin gayrimenkul sat\u0131n alanlara oturum izni vermesi de yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ev almay\u0131 hayaller aras\u0131nda \u00fcst s\u0131ralara ta\u015f\u0131yor.
