How we like to work?

The best of both worlds: Our standard working week is two days in the office, three days working from home. If you prefer more face-to-face time, feel free to come in! Plus, we’ll sort you with all the equipment you need to make your home office comfortable and conducive.

A change of scenery: Whether you want to visit family, experience a new culture or simply crave some winter sunshine—we’ve got your back. At TransferGo, you can work from abroad for up to three months a year.

Time off (and on)

Holiday highlights: Your holiday allowance starts at 25 days. After your first year, this balance increases to 30 days—and 32 the following year. Within three years, you’ll have a whopping total of 33 holiday days.
