About the Role

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and partnering with business leaders across the UK and EU. Based in Vilnius, Lithuania and working in a hybrid model, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related across your departments—coaching managers, resolving complex employee relations matters, and championing our values in every interaction.

You’ll collaborate closely with leaders to grow high-performing, engaged teams and deliver people strategies that support our mission to make moving money as simple and affordable as sending a text.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and advise leaders across the UK and EU on performance, team structure, and employee engagement.

  • Address underperformance, conduct, and employee relations issues empathetically and in line with local employment law.

  • Partner with department heads to embed key people programs such as onboarding, performance management, and recognition.

  • Support structural team changes to enable scale, working with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador—helping embed TransferGo’s values in day-to-day work and guiding managers to do the same.

  • Analyse and share people data insights to support better decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with colleagues in Lithuania, Poland, and the UK to ensure local legal compliance and regional consistency.

  • Take ownership of challenges, think creatively, and help shape people initiatives in a scaling, fast-evolving environment.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a fast-growing or tech environment.

  • Comfortable coaching and influencing senior managers and building long-term relationships.

  • Strategic and solutions-focused with strong business acumen.

  • LT labor law knowledge (UK labor law knowledge would be a huge plus).

  • Confident working in a hybrid setup with distributed teams.

  • Creative, adaptable, and not afraid to work in the grey—especially when there’s no playbook.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

The salary available for this role is between €3,333 and €4,167 per month
