Treasury Operations play a critical role in managing liquidity and operational risk. To make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Senior Treasury Operations Analyst to join our Treasury Operations team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Senior Treasury Operations Analyst:

  • Ensure accurate day-to-day treasury (FX/liquidity management) operations execution and support; 
  • Manage FX exposures, ensuring tracking and reporting is accurate and updated on a timely basis;
  • Forecast FX or liquidity needs based on cash flow monitoring: ensure adequate liquidity so that there’s never a shortage of cash at local bank accounts;
  • Communicate directly with banking and FX partners to resolve any operational issues and ensure timely settlement of trades;
  • Analyse data and build prediction models related to Liquidity Management / FX operations;
  • Create and maintain procedures and policies for Treasury Team’s daily work;
  • Ensure timely and accurate internal and external reporting related to the Treasury Team’s area of work;
  • Create and maintain Quality Assurance processes for FX trading and Liquidity Management daily operations (Review errors, identify inconsistencies and implement changes to correct and prevent similar occurrences.)
  • Generate ideas for FX and Liquidity Management process automation and supervise their implementation;
  • Represent the Treasury Team in cross-departmental projects, such as pricing strategy, FX costs reduction, working capital requirements calculations and forecasting, etc.
  • Assist other departments in providing Treasury related information for the yearly Financial, Compliance and Safeguarding audits;
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new team members.

Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior Treasury Operations Analyst:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a financial institution Operations environment in Foreign Exchange and/or Liquidity Management functions;
  • Deep understanding of Foreign Exchange markets and financial instruments;
  • Advanced skills in using data analysis/visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.);
  • Ability to remain flexible and perform at a high level of competency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities;
  • Self-starter with a desire for continuous improvement and growth; willing to start, oversee, and complete tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Fluent and effective oral and written English communication skills;
  • Logical approach to problem solving; drive for process improvement.
  • Experience in collaborating with a varied group of stakeholders to understand and develop business needs.
  • Experience with FX automation strategy and tools would be an advantage.

Salary: starting from 3000-3400 EUR (gross)
