Official Rules of the “Every Transfer Matters” Promotion

1. Terms and General Provisions of the Rules
1.1. These Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) of the “Every Transfer Matters” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) define the procedure and conditions for its conduct. The Eligible Participant of the Promotion will be determined according to the criteria set out in these Rules. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge. The Promotion is not a gambling game and cannot be used in any form of gambling. Participation in the Promotion means the participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms of these Rules.
1.2. The territory of the Promotion
The Promotion is held in the territory of Ukraine (with the exception of the territory recognised as temporarily occupied, namely the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol), on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine” of 15.04.2014, No. 1207-VII, as well as a number of settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (on the basis of the Law of Ukraine). On the specifics of state policy on ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions” of 18.01.2018, No. 2268-VIII, the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of April 13, 2014 ‘On urgent measures to overcome the terrorist threat and preserve the territorial integrity of Ukraine’” of April 14, 2014, No. 405/214, and the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On the recognition of certain districts, cities, towns and villages of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions as temporarily occupied territories” of 17.03.2015, No. 254-VIII), as well as the territories of territorial communities located in areas of military (combat) operations, or which are in temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade), in accordance with the current regulatory documents; and in the territory of the European Union and the United Kingdom, including all states recognised by Ukraine.
1.3. Period of the Promotion: The Promotion is held from 00:01 on 29 October 2025 to 23:59 on 7 January 2026 (inclusive), Kyiv time.

1.8. “Promotion Reward” — the type, quantity, and frequency of Reward distribution are defined in Section 4 of these Rules.
1.9. Promotion Participant — a natural person, a citizen of Ukraine or a citizen of another country, who is 18 years of age at the time of the Promotion, who fully agrees with the terms of the Promotion and fulfills the relevant conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Participant or Participants).
1.10. Eligible Participant — is a Participant who has obtained the right to receive a Reward in accordance with the terms of the Rules.
1.11. Official Promotion Page — these Rules that will be posted for public access at the following internet address: https://www.transfergo.com/donate-to-Ukraine
1.12. The Organiser has the right to change the terms, location (territory), and timing (period) of the Promotion, by giving notice of the corresponding changes to the Rules and posting a new version of the Rules on the Official Page.
2. Participants of the Promotion
2.1. Participants, while participating in the Promotion, undertake to:
2.1.1. Comply with the requirements of these Rules and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, EU, the United Kingdom.
2.1.2. Consciously not cause inconvenience or interfere with other Participants;
2.1.3. Not perform actions that call into question the legitimacy and good faith of such Participant’s participation in the Promotion;
2.1.4. Provide complete, correct, and reliable information as specified in these Rules.
2.2. The provision of false/fictitious/unreliable/third-party data by the Participant releases the Executor from the obligation to hand over/send the Reward, and such a Participant who has obtained the right to receive the Reward, but has provided false/fictitious/unreliable/third-party data, loses the right to receive the Reward.
2.3. The Executor is not obliged to verify the age, legal capacity, and/or capacity of the Participants.
2.4. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant confirms their familiarity with these Rules and their full and unconditional agreement with them. Violation by the Participant of these Rules (including the mechanics, procedure, and other conditions of the Promotion) or the Participant’s refusal to properly comply with them is considered a refusal of the Participant to participate in the Promotion and receive Rewards. In case of violation of any of the terms and/or requirements of these Rules, even if all other Rules are fulfilled, such person loses the right to receive the Reward and any compensation.
3. Procedure for Participation in the Promotion
3.1. To participate in the Promotion and have the opportunity to receive a Reward, the Participant must perform the following actions: make a money transfer (transaction) from the Participant’s bank account opened in any bank located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, through the Organiser’s money transfer service, to any Visa card issued in the territory of Ukraine.
Only one (1) transaction made within a single calendar day is counted. Any additional transactions made on the same day are not considered for participation in the Promotion.
3.2. During the Promotion Period, the Organiser monitors the Participants’ compliance with the specified requirements and, based on the data received, forms separate databases for participation in receiving the Promotion Rewards.
3.3. The following do not meet the terms of the Promotion:
3.3.1. Transactions made before 00:01 on 29.10.2025 and after 23:59 on 07.01.2026 (inclusive), Kyiv time;
3.3.2. transactions made using any other money transfer services, except for TransferGo;
3.3.3. transactions made to any other payment cards, except for “Visa” payment cards of the Visa international payment system;
3.3.4. transactions that were authorised during the Promotion period but blocked, not settled or debited from the account;
3.3.5. transactions for payment of bets and wagers in casinos and other gambling establishments, including via the Internet.
3.4. The Organiser of the Promotion transfers 0.5% of each money transfer (transaction) made within this Promotion to The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for the “Education and Science”.
4. Promotion Rewards and the procedure for receiving them
4.1. The Rewards of the Promotion are:
4.1.1. Reward No. 1 – Promo code „VISA2025” for a free transfer with an improved exchange rate. The promo code is valid from October 29, 2025, to January 31, 2026, can be used only two times per Participant, is valid for transfers to Ukraine, and is not valid for transfers originating from Ukraine. This reward is guaranteed for all Participants who have fulfilled all of the conditions of these Rules and have made at least 3 (three) money transfers from their bank account in the EU, the UK, through the TransferGo service to any “Visa” card in Ukraine, for the minimum amount of 100 GBP or its equivalent in other currencies per transaction.
4.1.2. Reward No. 2 – a guaranteed shopper, 100 units for the entire period of the Promotion. This reward is guaranteed for the first 100 (one hundred) Participants who have fulfilled all of the conditions of the Rules and have made at least 5 (five) money transfers from their bank account in the EU, the UK through the TransferGo service to any “Visa” card in Ukraine (Participants numbered 1-100), for the minimum amount of 100 GBP or its equivalent in other currency per each transaction.
4.1.3. Reward No. 3 – a guaranteed t-shirt, 80 units for the entire period of the Promotion. This reward is guaranteed for the first 80 (eighty) Participants who have fulfilled all of the conditions of the Rules and have made at least 7 (seven) money transfers from their bank account in the EU and the UK through the TransferGo service to any “Visa” card in Ukraine (Participants numbered 1-80), for the minimum amount of 100 GBP or its equivalent in other currencies per transaction.
4.1.4. Reward No. 4 – a guaranteed backpack, 50 units for the entire period of the Promotion. This reward is guaranteed for the first 50 (fifty) Participants who have fulfilled all of the conditions of the Rules and have made at least 10 (ten) money transfers from their bank account in the EU, the UK through the TransferGo service to any “Visa” card in Ukraine (Participants numbered 1-50), for the minimum amount of 100 GBP or its equivalent in other currency per each transaction.
4.2. The Organiser reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of Rewards / change the Rewards or include additional Rewards in the Promotion that are not provided in the Rules, or increase the value of the existing Rewards. The provision of the Reward fund is the responsibility of the Executor.
4.3. The responsibility of the Organiser/Executor is limited to the value and number of Rewards.
4.4. The replacement of the Reward with a monetary equivalent or any other benefit is not allowed. The Reward is not subject to exchange or return.
4.5. The Executor/Organiser bear no responsibility for the Eligible Participant’s further use of the Reward after its receipt, including for the Eligible Participant’s inability to use the provided Reward for any reason, as well as for the possible consequences of using the Reward.
4.6. The calculation, withholding, and transfer of taxes and fees from the Reward to the budget, in particular personal income tax and military duty, are carried out by the Executor in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
4.7. The appearance/form/image of the Reward and the impression of its use, as indicated on the Official Page, may differ from the actual ones and may not fully meet the Participant’s expectations.
4.8. The Eligible Participant has no right to transfer the right to receive the Reward to a third party; in such a case, it is considered that the Eligible Participant has voluntarily refused to receive the Reward.
4.9. Procedure for determining the Eligible Participants
4.9.1. The Eligible Participants are determined by the Promotion Organiser after the Promotion ends. The following number of Eligible Participants is determined in the following manner:
– for Reward No. 1, accept the Eligible Participants from among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the requirements stipulated in clauses 3.1, 4.1.1 of these Rules;
– for Reward No. 2, 100 (one hundred) main Eligible Participants are determined from all Participants who were the first to fulfil the requirements of clauses 3.1 and 4.1.2 of these Rules;
– for Reward No. 3, 80 (eighty) main Eligible Participants are determined from all Participants who have fulfilled the requirements of clauses 3.1 and 4.1.3 of these Rules.
– for Reward No. 4, 50 (fifty) main Eligible Participants are determined from all Participants who have fulfilled the requirements of clauses 3.1 and 4.1.4 of these Rules.
If Eligible Participants who were contacted about receiving the Reward refuse it, the Organiser may select an equal number of additional Eligible Participants to replace those who declined.
4.9.2. The determination of Eligible Participants, including additional Eligible Participants, is carried out within 14 (fourteen) business days after the end of the Promotion.
4.10. The results of the determination of the Eligible Participants are published on the Organiser’s Official Page: https://www.transfergo.com/donate-to-Ukraine..
4.10.1. Within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of determining the Eligible Participant, a representative of the Organiser informs the Eligible Participant of their win in the Promotion by e-mail. The Reward will be shipped only after confirmation in reply to the Organiser’s email by submitting the consent and providing data for shipping.
4.10.2. If the Organiser is unable to contact the Eligible Participant within the specified time, the Organiser contacts the additional Eligible Participant according to the procedure in clause 4.9.1 of these Rules.
4.10.3. The Organiser and the Executor guarantee that the procedure for determining the Eligible Participant and transferring the Reward complies with these Rules.
4.11. Procedure for receiving the Reward:
4.11.1. After the Eligible Participant of the Promotion is determined, the Organiser provides the Executor with information about the Eligible Participant’s surname, first name, and phone number for the Executor’s further implementation of all necessary measures for the timely transfer of the Promotion Reward to the Eligible Participant, as well as the calculation of taxes and fees, the preparation of the relevant tax reporting, and the fulfillment of other tax obligations. The Eligible Participant’s refusal to provide the above information or the provision of information that has signs of falsification or is inaccurate/incorrect deprives the Eligible Participant of the right to receive the Reward and is considered the Eligible Participant’s refusal to receive the Reward.
4.11.2. The Rewards are handed over by the Executor after receiving information from the Organiser by sending the Reward to the Eligible Participant’s address via the “Nova Poshta” postal service. The address for sending the Reward, as well as other data, including personal data, is communicated by the Eligible Participant to the Executor.
4.11.3. Strict adherence to all the terms of these Rules is a necessary condition for the Participant to receive the Reward. Failure to comply with any of the conditions provided for in these Rules deprives the respective Participant of the opportunity to receive the Reward.
5. Limitations
5.1. The Organiser/Executor are not responsible for the operation/any errors of communication operators, internet providers, as a result of which Participants’ messages were not received, were received late, were lost or damaged, or as a result of which Participants were not informed or were not informed in a timely manner about the right to receive the Reward. The cost of using the Internet / mobile communication, which is carried out by the Participant for the purpose of participating in the Promotion, is paid by the Participant at their own expense and corresponds to the standard cost of the service according to the tariff plan of the service provider.
5.2. The Organiser/Executor is not responsible for the inability of Participants to receive or use the Rewards for any reason that is beyond the Organiser’s control.
5.3. The receipt of the Reward is allowed only by the Participant who has obtained the right to receive the Reward. Any actions, transactions, or agreements concluded before receiving the Reward, where the Reward or the right to receive it is the subject of the agreement, a means of payment, or an item of pledge, are not allowed.
5.4. If a Participant, for any reason, cannot receive the Reward, such Participant has no right to transfer their right to a third party.
5.5. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide (including information regarding contact phone numbers and addresses).
5.6. The Organiser/Executor shall be released from liability for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations if such failure results from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, military actions of any kind, blockades, changes in the legislation effective in the territory where the Promotion is conducted or in the territory of Ukraine, mobilization announcements, the introduction of martial law or a state of emergency, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser/Executor.
6. Personal Data
6.1. The Participant acts personally on their own behalf, voluntarily and independently (persons with limited legal capacity act voluntarily, but with the consent of legal representatives and/or guardians). The Participant of the Promotion assumes all risks related to liability and consequences associated with possible participation in the Promotion and receiving the Reward.
6.2. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant hereby provides his/her direct voluntary consent to the Organiser and the Executor to collect, store and process (as these terms are defined by law) the personal data provided, as well as: full name, telephone number, postal address, e-mail address, as well as other data that may be provided by the Participant of the Promotion and the Eligible Participant to receive the Reward (— Personal Data) for the identification of the Eligible Participant, taxation of the Incentive awarded to the Eligible Participant and for the transfer of such data to the Organiser. Processing of personal data about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and professional unions, as well as data about health or sex life, are not developed. The Eligible Participant’s personal data may be used by the Organiser for marketing and/or other purposes that do not violate the current legislation of Ukraine (including transfer to third parties). In addition, each Participant, by participating in the Promotion, grants the Organiser direct consent and the right to use his/her name, name, image, interview rights or other materials about him/her free of charge for marketing purposes, in particular, but not limited to, the right to publish (including his/her name and image) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews in the media, as well as to send information, reports, etc., without any restrictions on the territory, time and method of use, and such use will not be compensated in any way by the Organiser. The provision of such consent is considered within the meaning of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.
6.3. The personal data controller of the Promotion Participants is also the Organiser and the Executor in accordance with the terms of the Promotion.
6.4. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant and the Eligible Participant confirm that from the moment of their participation in the Promotion, they have been duly informed about the purpose of collecting their Personal Data, the composition and content of the collected data, the rights provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” and the persons to whom their data are transferred.
6.5. The Organiser bears no responsibility for the protection of any data other than the Personal Data that is transferred in accordance with the terms of the Promotion. The Organiser bears no responsibility for the Participant’s placement of personal data on a social network, for unauthorised or accidental access to it, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, dissemination of personal data, as well as other illegal actions. The Organiser also bears no responsibility for the violation of third-party rights as a result of the Participant’s actions in providing such personal data.
6.6. Participants of the Promotion may withdraw their consent to the processing of their Personal Data by sending a written request to the personal data controller at their legal address indicated in these Rules. After this, they cannot be considered a Participant of the Promotion / Eligible Participant and lose their right to participate in the Promotion and receive the Reward without any compensation. At the same time, the Participant (Eligible Participant) can withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data related to receiving Rewards for the purpose of tax and accounting relationships only until the moment the respective Reward is received.
7. Additional Conditions
7.1. Information regarding the Rules and terms of the Promotion, as well as the procedure for receiving Rewards, is provided by posting the Rules on the Official Page of the Promotion Organiser.
7.2. In the event of a situation that allows for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputed issues, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Promotion Organiser reserves the right to resolve such issues. Such a decision of the Promotion Organiser is final and not subject to appeal.
7.3. During or after the Promotion, the Organiser/Executor are not obliged to correspond with the Promotion Participants/potential Promotion Participants/Eligible Participants and provide explanations orally or in writing on issues related to the terms of the promotion, the determination of Participants who have obtained the right to receive Rewards, under the terms of the Promotion, or any other similar questions regarding the Promotion.
7.4. Promotion Participants can refuse to participate in the Promotion by sending a written refusal to the Organiser’s legal address indicated in these Rules. In this case, the Promotion Participant loses the right to participate in the Promotion and receive Rewards. At the same time, a Participant (Eligible Participant) can refuse to participate in the Promotion only until the relevant Reward is received. After the Promotion Participant / Eligible Participant refuses to participate in the Promotion/receive the Reward, they lose their right to receive the Reward without any compensation from the Organiser/Executor or other persons.
7.5. The terms used in these Rules relate strictly to the Promotion conducted within the framework of these Rules.
7.6. All issues not directly regulated in these Rules are governed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.7. “Visa International Service Association” and any of its affiliates do not participate in the conduct of Reward draws, the determination of Eligible Participants, or the awarding of Rewards, and are not responsible for the Organiser’s compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and these Rules, nor do they respond to Participants’ claims.
7.8. The Rules, approved by the Organiser, are valid for the duration of the Promotion Period. The Organiser reserves the right to prematurely terminate (cancel), suspend the Promotion, and change these Rules with subsequent publication of information regarding the early termination (cancellation), suspension of the Promotion, and changes to these Rules on the Official Page. The Organiser is not responsible for the unfamiliarity / untimely familiarisation of the Promotion Participants and other interested parties with the information regarding the early termination (cancellation), suspension of the Promotion, and changes to these Rules.
