We are opening an opportunity for the position of Junior Financial Operations Analyst. This role is an integral part of our Financial Operations team, ensuring that our payment and financial processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The Junior Analyst will support daily financial workflows, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Things you'll be doing:

  • Manage daily financial operations, ensuring payments are accurate and completed on time.
  • Perform reconciliation, process refunds, and execute transactions efficiently.
  • Monitor payments, address issues as quickly as possible, and escalate promptly if they cannot be resolved independently.
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues, collaborating with CS, developers, banks, and other teams as needed.
  • Support daily workflows and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Start identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Here’s what we’d love from you:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience in operational work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to accurately perform daily operational tasks and follow established procedures.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality results that meet identified targets.
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with CS, developers, banks, and partners.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues independently.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, depending on business needs.
  • Basic understanding of integrations, banking systems, or payment platforms is a plus, as well as knowledge of Tableau and data management skills.
