The Campaign is not a game of chance, lottery, or prize draw, and does not involve determining winners or awarding prizes. Participation in the Campaign is automatic for all Customers who make transfers in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms and does not require separate registration. These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read together with, TransferGo’s general Terms of Service; in the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail in relation to the Campaign.

1.2. Territory: The Campaign applies to TransferGo Customers who make transfers from countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom to bank accounts (IBAN) in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) in Ukraine.

1.3. Campaign period: from 00:01 on 20 August 2026 to 23:59 on 29 October 2026 (Kyiv time).

1.4. Campaign Organiser: TransferGo Limited. Registered address: the Bower, 207 Old Street, London, EC1V 9NR, United Kingdom. 1.5. Campaign Partner: the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Registered address: 24 Dilova Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine.

1.6. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms, territory, and duration of the Campaign by publishing an updated version of these Terms on TransferGo website. Such changes will take effect upon publication and will not affect the eligibility of any transfer made before the change is published, which will continue to be assessed under the Terms in force at the time the transfer was made.

2. Campaign Mechanic

2.1. During the Campaign period, the Organiser will donate an additional 0.2% of the amount of every transfer made by a TransferGo Customer from a bank account in the EU or the United Kingdom to a bank account (IBAN) in Ukrainian hryvnia in Ukraine to the account for raising voluntary contributions (charitable donations) in support of Ukraine “UNITED24” for education and science purposes.

2.2. The 0.2% contribution is paid by the Organiser at its own expense and does not in any way affect the amount received by the Receiver of the transfer, nor does it constitute an additional fee or charge to the Customer.

2.3. The following transfers are not eligible under the Campaign:

  • transfers made before or after the Campaign period;
  • transfers to any account other than a UAH IBAN in Ukraine;
  • transfers made through any money transfer service other than TransferGo;
  • transfers that were authorised but subsequently blocked, not completed, or cancelled.

2.4. Customer participation in the Campaign requires no additional action beyond making a transfer that meets the conditions set out in Sections 2.1–2.3.

3. Personal Data

3.1. The processing of Customers’ personal data within the Campaign is carried out by the Organiser independently, in accordance with TransferGo’s current Privacy Policy. No separate consent to participate in the Campaign is required, as the Campaign does not involve the collection of any additional personal data beyond what is already processed as part of the standard provision of money transfer services.

3.2. Aggregated and anonymised data on the results of the Campaign (for example, the total amount raised) may be published by the Organiser and the Partner for marketing purposes, provided that such published data does not identify, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, any individual Customer.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Organiser shall not be liable for any inability to conduct the Campaign or fulfil its terms due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, including force majeure events (military actions, the introduction of martial law or a state of emergency, changes in legislation, etc.).

4.2. The Campaign Partner does not participate in determining the transfer mechanic, does not have access to the personal data of TransferGo Customers, and is not liable for the Organiser’s compliance with these Terms.

4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Campaign early, with notice published on TransferGo website.

4.4. Save as expressly set out in this Section 4, the Organiser’s liability in connection with the Campaign shall not extend to any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. Any matters not governed by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the Customer may have under the law of their country of residence.

In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the Organiser’s determination shall apply, without prejudice to the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law and the Customer’s right to refer the matter to the relevant regulator or an alternative dispute resolution service.

5.3. Money transfer services are provided in accordance with TransferGo’s Terms and Conditions, which apply to every transfer regardless of the Customer’s participation in the Campaign.
