Transfers That Unite:UNITED24 and TransferGo Team Up Again to Support Ukrainian Students

On the eve of the Independence Day of Ukraine, UNITED24, Ukraine’s official fundraising platform, and TransferGo, the global fintech company empowering the world on the move, have launched the Transfers That Unite campaign to help equip vocational schools in Ukraine, supporting the country’s future specialists.

Between August 20 and October 29 2026, for every IBAN transfer* to Ukraine, TransferGo will donate an additional 0.2% of the total amount to UNITED24’s Education and Science program. The funds raised will help equip vocational schools based on what they need most.

Through Transfers That Unite, every transfer our customers send helps equip the next generation of Ukrainian specialists with the skills and tools they need to rebuild their country. According to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as of October 2025, 21 vocational schools in Ukraine have been completely destroyed; 420 have been damaged.

As russia continues attacking Ukraine’s educational facilities,  these numbers only grow further.

UNITED24 and TransferGo are contributing to help with this problem, just like they did together with Visa in 2025, during the Every Transfer Matters campaign, where more than $250,000 was raised to purchase generators for 7 vocational schools in Zaporizhzhia. This time, by contributing additional 0.2% from each bank transfer to Ukraine, TransferGo and their customers will help more Ukrainian vocational schools meet their urgent needs.
